Functions as Solutions Architect and Director of VMware products & technologies. My current role includes participating in the business process with the customers alongside the Engagement Manager, create design documents to match the customer requirements, response to various RFP's and expose the customers to new technologies fits to their needs.

In my recent job I managed, designed and implemented  more than 120 projects end to end for medium and Enterprises, including: merging infrastructures in several companies, upgrading Active Directory environments, upgrading for e-based Exchange organizations, construction and upgrading of virtual environments based on VMware, Design, upgrade and deployment of storage systems based NETAPP . In addition, From June 2013 I positioned as Technical Team Leader of 11 infrastructure consultants.

External consultant in several projects: Project Management Command and Control (SCOM) at Isracard (capacity of 350 servers), deploy and manage command and control (SCOM) environment in NICE on 400 physical and virtual servers, management and implementation of large virtualization project based Netapp and Hyper-v in the IDF Navy forces, SCOM implementation of the Municipality of Tel Aviv, a lecturer at Ness Technologies, a lecturer in several “open homes” sessions, among other things at Microsoft company for Management topic.
